About Tom Cupedo
I am an immuno-hematologist studying Multiple Myeloma, the second most common blood-cancer in adults. My research is aimed at deciphering how cells of the bone marrow support multiple myeloma cells, with the ultimate goal of identifying ways to disrupt this bone marrows supportive function and improve anti-cancer therapies. I am especially interested in mesenchymal stromal cells, immune cells and the interactions between these cells and the cancer.
