Tom Dailey is CEO/Managing Partner of Tasty Main LLC, operator of fast-casual food and event venues in Central Ohio. Tasty Main holds Area Development rights for Zoup! Eatery in Central Ohio. Tasty Main also operates proprietary elevated hot dog brand Tasty Dawg, event space Relish Room, and independent catering operation Tasty Main Catering. Tasty Main LLC is the largest LGBTQ+ owned company in Central Ohio by revenue, and second largest in number of employees according to Columbus Business First. In addition to responsibilities at Tasty Main LLC, Tom provides independent expert strategic and practical advice to merchants, payment processors, investors, law firms and other organizations. He is a trusted expert in the card and payments space. As a senior executive at Discover, he managed the multi-billion dollar merchant business unit, including a team over across 28 facilities. More recently as CEO at international ecommerce payments processor 2Checkout, Dailey led more than $70 million in funding rounds and a quadrupling of the company’s market valuation. In addition to consulting, Tom serves in expert witness and litigation support roles for payments-related matters, including expert reports, depositions, court testimony, document reviews and forensic analysis. Tom has served as speaker, moderator, panelist in payments conferences around the world. Topics have included fraud/risk, underwriting, regulation, product evolution, industry dynamics, and analysis of industry developments.
