About Tom Dalton

I enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force in June 2001 as an Avionic Technician. Since then I have systematically progressed my career into the Integrated Logistic Support domain starting as: • Trade Supervisor F/A -18 Hornet flight line; • Section Supervisor F/A -18 Hornet Communication equipment cell; • Technical Assessor Aerospace Equipment Systems Support Office; • Integrated Logistic Support Analyst Landing Helicopter Project (BAE); and • Integrated Logistic Support Manager at Land Systems Division DMO. With a wealth of experience in Integrated Logistic Support I have gained valuable tri-service knowledge in both Defence and industry. My key strengths are: • The capacity to works well either leading or being part of a team combined with self-motivation and the capability of multi-tasking. • The ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly and mentoring colleagues to assist in expanding their knowledge. • Proven working relationships with internal and external agencies through excellent interpersonal skills.
