About Tom Daly

Retired Army Master Sergeant in the intelligence field. Majority of my career was in the Army Reserve and Army National Guard serving as an Intelligence Analyst, NCO Academy instructor and unit level intelligence trainer and have real world interrogation experience. Have trained instructors and NCOs to better serve their soldiers and units. Spent 2013 deployed and directly supporting troops in the field in Afghanistan. Have trained soldiers who have gone directly into the fight overseas. Stood up a S2 section in a new unit, setting the standards and procedures that they would follow. Taught Spanish students to a level where they have tested out of second year college courses. Supervised work groups up to 35 employees setting standards and ensuring those standards were met. Currently writing and teaching course material in support of intelligence soldiers. The Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner Course prepares senior intelligence professionals to make an impact across the Army by training them to be advisors to Commanders and mentors to Soldiers. They advise on intelligence architecture design, intelligence training strategies, evaluate intelligence training and mentor Junior Intelligence Professionals.
