Background
About Tom Danz
I'm currently a Senior Data Analyst at Excelsior University. In my role I'm responsible for leveraging my IO Psychology background towards enhancing the employee experience at Excelsior, fostering a culture of DEI in the workplace, measuring perceptions, designing interventions strategies, and generating graphics and presentations to summarize our efforts.Within my position I also get the opportunity to cover a wide range of research interests such as improving the student and faculty experience at our university, working with the Center for Social Justice to develop identity & ally ship communities, utilizing Lightcast to track the changing job market and how it can impact our curriculum & program development. Beyond my current role at Excelsior I also work on creative projects in my free time. My first published novel "Desolate" can currently be found on Amazon, my second novel "War Beneath the Steps" is currently in development, and I work on short documentaries that can be found on Youtube.
