I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination. I'm constantly interested in challenging myself and pushing to see how far I can go. I love to tickle my interest to discover new things. Logically, the interest to work in teams and bring out the best out in people made me the person I am today. After a few years as purchaser abroad I made the switch to my real passion: being responsible for the whole supply chain flow allowing to bring all departments together. In this way create an effective supply chain to serve the expectations from the end customer. Recognized for delivery of working capital reduction programs and sustainable growth initiatives. Coordination and adapting logistic flows into processes in order to improve our service. Aligning our product assortment for EMEA and between all involved departments as customers, sales, business units, procurement, production site and affiliates. Focus demand planning on PMC EMEA.
