About Tom Delve

Over 15 years of experience working with Highways England, within Operations, Calibration & Optimisation and currently within Technology Operations Capability (TOC). Heavily involved with roadside technology; within Calibration & Optimisation I took the role of manager for the North of England, responsible for MIDAS performance, Smart Motorway Congestion Management algorithm adjustment, Dynamic Hard Shoulder reviews and various pieces of award-winning project work. Continuing with roadside technology, I am now within a leading role on the Technology Operations Capability proof-of-concept project in the North West as Operations Manager, contributing significantly to the national roll-out. Working with delivery partners, internal and external stakeholders and colleagues across the business, I was responsible for pre-go-live testing, readiness planning, as well as the ongoing post-go-live management, continual service improvement, problem management, process and procedural change, stakeholder engagement and resource management.
