I have over 19 years of experience in business planning and program management. Currently, I work as a Business Planning Analyst for Field Operations and Field Engineering at Charter Communications, where I am responsible for financial analysis, financial forecasting, variance analysis, program reporting, operational analytics, and operations support. I am passionate about creating solutions to better understand the business and support partners and help guide them to data-driven logical decisions that positively impact customer satisfaction. I am focused on business strategy while continually searching to uncover the drivers and behaviors that impact financial performance.
