Hi, I’m Tom Donchi.I’m currently an Agency Executive at Aston Commercial, working across Melbourne’s commercial property market. I support both sales and leasing transactions, with hands-on involvement in prospecting, market research, campaign coordination, client engagement, and transaction execution. Working alongside experienced agents has given me strong exposure to investment sales, negotiation strategy, and deal flow within the commercial sector.I hold a Bachelor of Business, with a focus on Marketing, Data Analytics, and Economics, alongside qualifications in Real Estate Practice. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of property, capital, and value creation and how strategic decisions drive performance across commercial assets.My long-term goal is to build a career in commercial property investment and development.
