About Tom Donnelly

I am an operations professional with experience in process optimization, planning and management for a variety of businesses. Proactive, highly organised and self-motivated, I excel in problem solving roles, seeking out opportunities to improve areas of the business around me. I have led production process change in my current role, transforming a rigid, unorganised process into one that is scalable for planned future growth. I have achieved recent success in process optimisation and standardisation using LEAN principles to reduce manufacturing costs by 12%. My leadership style is firm and fair, with an emphasis on training and development. I prioritise communication, honesty and accountability with colleagues, suppliers and clients to identify issues and develop relationships, operating in a calm and logical manner.
