Head of Inclusion | SEND Strategist | Speaker & Advisor With over two decades of experience in the special educational needs (SEND) sector, I am deeply committed to improving educational and life outcomes for all children. My mission is to ensure that every child—regardless of background or need—has access to high-quality education and the opportunity to thrive. I currently serve as Head of Inclusion at Ark Schools, where I lead the strategic development of SEND provision across 39 schools. My role involves empowering a national network of school leaders and SENCOs through continuous training, coaching, and targeted support. I bring a strong track record in school and MAT leadership, with a focus on driving systemic change and sustainable improvement. My work extends into the edtech space, where I collaborate with leading digital solution providers to enhance school performance and efficiency. I actively contribute to national policy and practice through participation in government advisory groups, research initiatives, and public speaking. Recent engagements include a round table discussion at the House of Lords on the future of AI in education.
