Tom is a solution architect and project leader with a broad background and experience (15 years+) in the MES/MOM domain worldwide, mainly in food, consumer goods, automotive and chemical industry. He has experience in the whole project life cycle and fulfilled various roles: requirement analysis, solution architecture, implementation, proposal, project and team leading. He is passionate about real-time analytics and how this can help clients achieve their business goals. He can empathize with customers issues rapidly, and with his analytical skills, experience and creativity, connect people to deliver solutions. He designs solutions based on commercial of the shelf products from vendors like Aspentech, Wonderware and PTC ThingWorx, as well as custom applications based on.Net and Microsoft technologies like SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and BI tools like Tableau. The last years his focus is shifting in developing and bring to market of smart manufacturing solutions. In this role he has also been able to improve his business development skills.
