I manage Universal’s channels on YouTube and my day-to-day is a mix of strategy, research, and creative planning. From building content calendars to analyzing performance and publishing posts, I focus on making sure the right content reaches the right audience at the right time. What I’m really good at is understanding what makes audiences tick. I love digging into the data to see what’s working (and what isn’t), and using those insights to shape content that audiences actually want to consume. Whether it’s writing copy that’s both SEO-friendly and human, or refining strategy based on audience behavior, I’m always thinking about growth and impact. I’m drawn to projects that allow for both creativity and strategy. I like having the space to test new ideas, personalize approaches, and push content a little further. As I grow in my role, I’m especially focused on deepening my research skills and sharpening how I think about long-term strategy. At the end of the day, I want to help brands build real connections with their audiences — and have fun doing it.
