About Tom Etherington

I currently lead the Digital Transformation team within Quadmark. We work with Global tech brands — facilitating platform solutions and advising on Digital Strategy to support our clients requirements. We operate Globally, offering support across NAMER, EMEA and APAC. In previous roles at Quadmark i have worked within the wider Digital team creating, building and publishing training materials designed for digital consumption. We specialise in designing bespoke content aligned to business needs and ensure when its is localised its relevant and sensitive to local markets requirements. Previously i worked for LG Mobile UK where I was responsible for creating training assets which were scalable and could be delivered both in person and digitally on LMS platforms. I was also responsible for organising and managing medium to large scale events around the UK, implementing a social media presence for retail and B2B — in addition to driving product awareness. I represented LG at an international level at MWC in Barcelona in 2012-2018, in addition to taking part in the Global Mobile Communications training conference in Dubai 2018 where i created and delivered our strategy for the next wave of products. During 2014-2018 at MWC I was given the privilege of doing VIP tours to delegations from all over the world. This opportunity gave me the chance to present and liaise with executives from some of the largest corporations in the industry such as Google’s Hiroshi Lockheimer and Jo Seong-jin - CEO LG Electronics. Finally, in 2015 I was awarded FMBE Gold brand Ambassador of the Year for my work supporting LG Mobile UK strategy.
