Meaningful change is only possible when we think bigger. I’m passionate about optimizing technology to strengthen—and grow—business for my financial services clients, using digitization to implement innovative new customer-focused products and services, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Through digitization, I help enable financial services organizations to think bigger, addressing opportunities with strategies to align business processes and technology, execute a more agile IT operating model, and use tools and automation to improve business agility. Thinking bigger means my clients differentiate themselves by using digitization to improve the experience for their customers and their employees for competitive advantage. One vital key to differentiation: a proven process to access the right data at the right time for the right business result. Finally, I help my clients see beyond day-to-day challenges to think big and define change for their industry, using technology to disrupt the status quo, execute on new ideas, and win new customers. My career has taken me around the globe. I’ve seen the potential of technology in my roles as executive thought leader, employee, and consultant at top-tier organizations like Accenture, AIG, Cisco, CSC, Generali Group, and Travelers/Aetna, and I’m excited to be part of the next great transformations digitization will drive at leading financial services organizations.
