About Tom Finke

I am myself. Born and raised in Germany I travelled the world quite early - thanks to competitive sports I was highly fortunate to being able to sail on most continents at teenage years. These early experiences sparked my passion to move outside of the beaten path - absorbing cultures, food and establishing friendships around the world. Being a lot away from home also made my desire for stable relationships peak - something which I share with my wife and kids. Hence it is FAMILY FIRST - with a significant dedication to work, as achieving positive impact with international and diverse teams does charge my batteries. In the professional context I started as a specialist with a PhD in chemistry and quickly moved on, broadening my skillsets towards leadership in many different job profiles (R&D, Product Management, Project Lead, Sales, Service, Operations, Product Group Lead, General Management, Board Member, Board of Directors Member, etc) in Germany, Sweden and Israel - cultivating partnerships around the globe. Having moved on to Denmark with the target of shaping and growing the Water Treatment Business of Grundfos I contribute with my experience to the strategy, implementation and achievement of our growth.
