About Tom Flocco

Tom Flocco spent his career working with, running and advising consumer products manufacturers, retailers and investors as an operator and board member, with recent focus in the food and beverage space. Tom currently serves as CEO of Pete and Gerry’s Eggs, which owns the largest organic (Pete and Gerry’s) and Free Range (Nellie’s) egg brands in the country. Prior to that, he was President of Authentic Equity Acquisition Corp.(a consumer focused SPAC), President of Utz Quality Foods and CEO of Everglades power boats. Tom started the company leadership stage of his career as CEO of Beam Suntory. He also serves as Chairman of Everglades power boats, inside director for Pete and Gerry’s eggs and independent director for Duckhorn Wine. Earlier in his career, he ran Strategy and M&A for Fortune Brands, and was a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Consumer Products and Supply Chain practices. Tom began his career with Procter & Gamble in Sales and Brand Management. Tom holds a degree in Chemistry with honors from Boston University and an MBA from The Harvard Business School.
