Grew gross operating profit % from 42% to 45% in 2 years. Scored top 10% in Marriott Brand for Overall Guest Satisfaction at both hotels. At JW Marriott, grew hotel’s gross operating profit from $26M to $56M in first 6 years. Achieved green level audit (92%+) on the Regional Self Risk Assessment for 12 straight years.
