About Tom French

A critical thinker, with a love for combining qualitative research with quantitative analytics. I most enjoy using principles of content design, CX and marketing proposition to create and optimise journeys that solve problems, capitalise on opportunities and add real value. With a background specialising in automotive and the finance/investing spaces, brands I've worked on include Alfa Romeo, BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Sky, Hargreaves Lansdown and Wealthify. All of which share the common themes of important, high-involvement decisions by customers and prospects. I’ve covered most aspects of digital – campaigns to web builds and product development which allows me to collaborate cross-functionally in matrix organisations. I've contributed to proposition development and product launches, set up deep dive analysis and optimisation programmes from scratch, and enjoyed both increasing conversion rates and building the appetite for test and learn experimentation at all levels.
