About Tom Gardner

As Group Lead of the Dream Factory at TruBridge, I am at the forefront of pioneering innovation and pivotal in cultivating a culture of innovation, employing a unique blend of solutions, mindsets, and approaches to spearhead progress and creativity. Through the Dream Factory, I design and implement internal and external innovation tournaments that foster creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving among employees, customers, and university partners. I have a passion for innovation and a vision for transforming the healthcare industry through digital solutions and data-driven insights. I seek out and foster collaborations with leading academic institutions, effectively bridging the gap between academia and the business sector. With over 12.5 years at TruBridge, I have excelled in various capacities, including implementation, customer support, new product launches, and corporate innovation. I serve on the advisory board for the School of Computing at the University of South Alabama, where I share my valuable expertise and insights. In May 2024, I earned an MBA and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
