Supervisory and P&L responsibilities for Housing First Minnesota’s trade and consumer events, Contractor University, Minnesota’s Green Path, Housing Pro Certified, and operations for the Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes. Key events include the Builders and Remodelers Show (BRS), The BIG Night, Housing Day at the Capitol, Golf Open, Clay Shoot, State of the Industry, and more. Contractor University is a nationally accredited continuing education program for Minnesota contractors, building officials, and REALTORS, as well as Wisconsin contractors. Minnesota’s Green Path is the state’s leading green building program. Housing Pro Certified focuses on workforce development through certification. Responsibilities also included managing and motivating a team of four staff members. Extensive experience producing major consumer events across ten states. Recognized with ten Excellence Awards from the Minnesota Media + Publishing Association and honored with the Paul Foss Award from the Advertising Federation of Minnesota (a recognition presented annually to an individual who has made significant and long-lasting contributions to AdFed and the advertising community in Minnesota).
