About Tom George

Tom George joined the Pullano PT team in July 2019. A Maine-Endwell graduate in 2004, Tom returns to the Southern Tier after spending the past fourteen years in various parts of the country. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2008 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Miami in 2012. Following graduation, Tom returned to Indianapolis, IN and practiced physical therapy for a large outpatient company from 2012-2019. He is excited to come home and provide patient focused care throughout our community. Tom’s clinical skills include joint mobilization/manipulation, dry needling, Graston technique, Kinesiotaping, running gait analysis, treatment for the overhead throwing athlete, and vestibular rehab. Tom has experience working with patients of all ages and populations including non-operative, post-operative, athletes, workers’ compensation, and high functioning neurologic conditions. Tom completed his Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) fellowship in 2018 which has significantly advanced his evaluation, assessment, and treatment philosophy. He believes in the importance of an individualized treatment plan based around hands-on manual therapy and focused corrective exercise. Tom loves spending time with his wife and two young daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys running, golfing, playing softball, cooking, and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
