About Tom Gregory

My role for the past 3 years had been managing the Addison Lee/Tristar coach services working alongside the dedicated Events & Roadshow. The key job specifics were working alongside the department head to project manage, event management and booking services for key customers and delivering high expectations in high-pressure scenarios, and ensuring all services are prioritised & managed to the highest level remotely or on the ground. I co-lead the planning and co-managed ground transportation for 3 US Presidential visits in conjunction with the US Embassy in 2018 and 2019 and managed the on the ground transport coordination for Air Force One arrivals. Previous experience had been managing the Addison Lee's, Coach Department. This involved managing a team of three in booking and operating coach transfers for, delegating daily tasks, and planning weekly targets. That role had given me more input into managing and proposing SLA and successful relationship management with affiliates. I had been responsible for compiling weekly MI reports of sales and contribution margins for senior management and directors.
