About Tom Griffiths

I am a professional who is passionate about creating, managing and delivering complex business and project solutions. Originally a Civil Engineer, I have focused my career in the maritime infrastructure, shipping and energy sectors including Oil and Gas and Renewables. I am known to create strong and trustworthy relationships with all stakeholders and develop high performing teams that repeatably deliver on our objectives and exceed stakeholder expectations. During my time at Teekay I have delivered a complex LNG Carrier Newbuilding program in APAC valued at more than $4.5BN with new vessel designs and technologies. Most recently I have been responsible for winding up our Floating Production Storage and Offload (FPSO) business in the North sea which included O&M management of the assets as well as the full subsea and topside decommissioning and offstationing of the assets.
