In October 2021, Adecco's Special Counsel/D4 business unit was acquired by Consilio. In December of 2019, I returned to the United States after living abroad in Mainland China for four years. I continue to oversee our APAC Solutions Center based in Shanghai and provide Senior Consulting services to our Multi National Corporations based outside of China. In October 2016 D4 was acquired by Adecco/Special Counsel In early 2016, I moved to Shanghai to establish D4's China Data Center and Regional Office. D4 Shanghai provides closed-circuit access to leading edge information search technology running on servers located in mainland China. D4 supports law firms and corporate legal departments as they deal with China’s Cybersecurity Regulations, Regulatory and Internal Investigations, FCPA and Compliance Investigations as well as Cross-Border litigation and trade disputes. D4 has been an industry leader in the US for the past 20 years and specializes in the use of data analytics to reduce costs and save time. We now offer our reputable services inside mainland China, with limitless hosting and storage, at our China Data Center located in Shanghai. I am an eDiscovery ESI expert in the legal industry with more than two decades of experience. For the last 18 years, I have focused on litigation support, document review, and electronic discovery methodologies. I present CLEs and training seminars on industry topics including FRCP, Predictive Analytics (Predictive Coding / Technology Assisted Review), approaches to native file review and discovery productions. I regularly assist clients with cases involving mergers & acquisition, antitrust, securities, environmental, patent infringement, products liability, as well as other general litigation. I am passionate about helping my clients apply predictive analytics and other advanced technologies into their workflows.
