About Tom Hardeman

Tom is an experienced consultant in the area of SAP BI, BO and HANA and acting as guardian of domain architecture, advisor and developer with a strong background in the financial world. Tom participates in SAP BI projects as developer, or project manager. He also validates the blueprint and principles and indicates which techniques or methods can best be used. In addition to his expertise, Tom also previously engaged in business roles that helped to bridge the gap between the requirements of the business and the demands/capabilities of IT. With his strong background of business knowledge and technical experience, Tom has a proven ability to excel in all aspects of BI applications and reporting, from requirements analysis and modelling, to definition, construction, advice and give direction in various environments. These characteristics give Tom a strong foundation to shape the role of Domain Architect. One of Tom’s greatest strengths is his ability to quickly identify situations, come with options and build a bridge between technology and business within complex situations with strong communication.
