About Tom Hasler

ABOUT TOM Tom is an open-minded, ambitious and creative person with a high level of communication skills. He completes tasks with a hands-on attitude and is striving to learn, push to transform and develop new things. Tom loves to inspire others and aims for what’s best for the customer, team and result. He is enthusiastic about innovation and shaping the future while creating an impact at the same time. During his bachelor’s program in business administration, Tom was able to gain valuable experience as intern and working student in strategic marketing, brand and communication in different industries for almost three years. Due to his enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship he started to attend the M.Sc. program in ‘Applied Business Innovation’ at Munich University of Applied Sciences in 2021. During his studies, Tom was working for an Innovation Lab in the insurance industry, where he was actively involved in the area of intrapreneurship, trendscouting and design thinking processes. Following this, he worked in the consulting industry in the field of design and innovation. As Student Business Designer he was mainly dealing with business modeling and value creation through strategic innovative technologies. Beyond that, intercultural competencies distinguish him through a semester abroad in the Netherlands and South Korea.
