I recently led a project at Shellwin to analyze the impact of hybrid working on landlords, advising on disposals and acquisitions that increased rent roll on those assets by 54% without additional financing and tripling estimated rental value at full occupancy. I am passionate about developing strong stakeholder relationships - partnering on key issues, translating complex financial data into meaningful and actionable reporting, and producing insights for senior leadership to build trust and inspire action.
