I joined the firm in 1975, after finishing Law School. I've worked my way from associate to partner, to my current role as managing partner. Over this time, I have represented individuals, families and businesses. I have been fortunate enough to represent different generations of the same families. I bring a forthright, caring and family oriented approach to my practice; I understand the complicated dynamics of a family. I’m a good listener, and will always give you honest feedback about your situation. I am also experienced in dealing with the many challenges faced by estate and trust administrators and small business owners. I have been advising clients in the areas of estate and trust administration and small business. I have also acted in capacity as executor and trustee on numerous estates and trusts, giving me greater insight to the challenges faced by these fiduciaries. I’ve focused on several areas of practice throughout my years of practice, including a focus on Medicaid & Elder Law. I have an in-depth knowledge of seniors’ unique needs. I am aware of the physical and mental difficulties that often accompany the aging process, and how to best address the needs of seniors.
