Attracted to the dynamic, fast paced, ever-evolving nature of planning, urban design and landscape architecture and the new challenges each project poses as they progress. Tom has over 25 years of experience on a wide range of projects around the Globe with a focus on large scale developments in the Middle East. In 2020, Tom took on the role of Global Director of the Middle East, overseeing the operations and management of the Dubai office and overseeing the work in the region. His experience in the Middle East reaches back to beginning with his experience working on the Dubai Marina Master Plan and Phase 1 Landscape Architecture. He has since expanded his experience to include many note-worthy Middle East projects. As a project director, he focuses on understanding local culture and building lasting relationships with clients. A thought leader in context and public realm as they relate to design and public use.
