About Tom Horn

Sixteen years ago, I was writing code and troubleshooting systems. Today, I help define what great looks like at scale, guiding teams, refining strategy, and transforming how enterprises deliver software. I’ve grown with one organization, US Bank, because I never stopped evolving. I transitioned from developer to product manager, from doer to enabler, from tool user to platform strategist. My sweet spot? Building developer ecosystems that balance speed, safety, and simplicity. Along the way, I’ve learned that technical solutions are only half the story. The real value comes from understanding the humans behind the process. That’s why I spend just as much time planning forums and stakeholder interviews as I do in tooling discussions or vendor evaluations. I’ve facilitated change across compliance-heavy environments and introduced agile thinking into the core of enterprise product delivery. I champion servant leadership. I believe success shows up in the clarity you bring and the trust you build. I’m currently diving deeper into the formal product thinking through the eCornell Product Management Certification, and always looking for ways to simplify, humanize, and scale.
