As User Experience Manager at the National Trust, I lead the design and delivery of inclusive, accessible digital experiences that connect millions of people with the UK’s most treasured places. With a background in user research, interaction design, and digital strategy, I work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure our digital products are intuitive, evidence-based, and aligned with our mission. From our main website and mobile app to online bookings and supporter journeys, I help shape experiences that are not only usable but also meaningful. I’m passionate about- Championing accessibility and inclusive design - Embedding UX strategy across complex organisations - Empowering teams through training, mentoring, and collaboration - Using data and research to drive continuous improvement I believe great design starts with empathy and ends with impact.
