I'm currently an Operations leader in the Consumer Goods | Services industry with over 15 years of experience who continually improves processes, streamlines workflows to drive gains in revenue, profit and productivity. My broad operations experience spans customer service, distribution, quality control (international & domestic), product liability, risk management, acquisitions, sales and strategic planning. I offer a “roll-up-the-sleeves” management style with proven ability to motivate and inspire both direct and dotted-line reports. One of my top focuses in a management role is to consistently build top-notch teams and create strong succession planning processes. Furthermore, building 'bench strength' creates a win-win environment for both the company and individual employee. This skillset has rewarded me with terrific opportunities including serving on the Executive Lean Workshop committee for a $2B corporation and asked to provide direction on a panel of operations executives as a Steering Council member for a $600M division.
