About Tom Hyde

Since the beginning of my pharmacy career, I have keenly identified areas for improvement in the industry and figured out a way to deliver solutions. While serving as a long-term care pharmacist, my viewpoint changed on the industry when I started consulting in long-term care facilities. I discovered firsthand how inadequate service from a pharmacy directly impacted the quality of care, and overall livelihood, of providers and patients. It was time for a change. We founded ProCare LTC under the premise that customer service comes first. Our goal is to treat every life we touch like it is our own family member, remembering that the health and wellbeing of patients is our responsibility. Despite formal training in pharmacy, I am a self-grown innovator of technology solutions – once even building an electronic medical record system. In my role as COO, I am always striving to find new and creative ways for ProCare to best serve our communities and keep our promise to deliver on time with outstanding quality.
