About Tom Jacobs

I’m a social and prestigious team player with a creative and entrepreneurial personality. Having the space to create and find new business opportunities, satisfying customers by providing (personal) service and managing diverse, creative projects gives me a lot of energy. As a dedicated, problem-solving go-getter I like to fully focus myself on my job and/or project to achieve the best possible result. In the last three years I’ve worked at B. Amsterdam as a facility and commercial jack-of-all-trades. I was responsible for the facilities department, servicing and connecting the community and setting up a concept that was focused on stimulating mutual connection between freelancers, entrepreneurs and early staged start-ups. Next to that I was partly responsible for renting out offices and working desk. The thing I’m most proud of is that I’ve contributed in the fast growth of B. Amsterdam from start-up to scale-up. In 2014 I started at B. Amsterdam as an intern with just one floor and a handful of tenants. In little more then three years B. Amsterdam grew to three buildings in Amsterdam and one in New-York, that host and connect hundreds of various, international and inspiring companies.
