Experienced Job Coach who supports those with developmental disabilities providing social level work to clients using systematic instructions to help them sustain their jobs. Experience in communication, job training, and performance management. Administrative experience in case management documents. Have proven years in Logistics. Much longevity in Materials Distribution. Long time experience utilizing different software programs in the Materials Supply Chain field. Well equipped working in the Logistics field from working in the hospital, to generalized warehousing, and the trucking Industry.Have an Associate's Degree in CUTEP (Cooperative Urban Teacher Education Program). During that time had the privilege in serving out a Math Internship at Milwaukee School of Language. Later on in life, that Internship benefited myself into becoming a substitute Special Education Aide during a time in my career. In addition to all that, worked with special education students ages 18-21 who volunteered at a local hospital that I was employed at. These students were Seniors in high school who went to school for part of the day, worked the other part of the day, and received experience that would align with future careers. These students were able to get on a job site and gain valuable experience. The students had to prove they were responsible enough to show up on time, and be ready to work. With my job I was able to be a mentor to those students and share with them my knowledge and expertise of my job at hand. I believe in the power of working hard and that showcases who I am as an individual and contributor to my team I serve diligently.
