About Tom Keddell

I am an Unites States Army veteran. I spent 4 years with the 101st Airborne Division out of Ft Campbell KY developing myself into a leader as part of a strong team organization. Through that time I spent 12 months serving in Afghanistan where I further developed my leadership abilities as a rifle team leader. I have excellent attention to detail and goal oriented discipline.I currently work as a production line leader, leading a team of up to 20 motivated individuals in food production and manufacturing. I wear many hats in this role - coach and trainer, problem solver, leader, and mentor. I have a true passion for solving problems and taking on tasks. Aside from my role as line leader I have also been fortunate to lead the safety team on my shift. I feel safety is number one, over all else, in the workplace. My team and I conduct monthly audits to evaluate all areas of the facility in many categories to prevent injuries and improve overall safety for employees.I am also a student at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. There I have been able to maintain a 3.0 GPA while working over 40 hours per week. I take my education very serious and really enjoy learning something new every day. Since enrolling I have been nominated to join Sigma Alpa Pi, The National Society of Leadership and Success. My experience has shown me that my professional values really focus on a few key areas-I am very goal oriented - when I set my mind to something I will put forth 100% to get it completed and completed right the first time.I am a great motivator and team player.My time management and planning skills are where I shine.Attention to detail is always number one.I really enjoy meeting new people and expanding my network, so please feel free to send me a message and invite me to join yours!
