About Tom Keefe

I grew up in Lake Geneva, and I’m proud to carry on a family tradition that began here in 1943 when my grandfather, Robert D. Keefe, founded what is now Keefe & Associates. Today, I lead Keefe & Associates, an independent, locally owned company that builds on that legacy with a focus on integrity, community, and long-term relationships. We’re the parent company behind three trusted brands: Keefe & Associates, powered by Compass, for residential, commercial, and new development sales Geneva Lakes Vacations, managing a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties Ajax Property Management, specializing in long-term residential and commercial property management We believe in staying small, staying local, and doing things the right way. We are also relaunching the Keefe Foundation, with a renewed commitment to supporting housing insecurity in Walworth County. Lake Geneva has always been home. It’s where I live, where I work, and where I’m invested for the long haul.
