Hello! I’m a people-centred recruitment professional with a passion for education and inclusive recruitment. I initially trained as a primary school teacher before moving into recruitment, where I have relished in helping people make life-changing career moves. I love spotting transferable skills in people and helping them to own them and step into a new industry. In recent roles, I have gained knowledge, skills and experience in the field of inclusive recruitment practices. Particularly how we unconsciously exclude underrepresented groups from succeeding before we even speak to them. I am motivated to help identify and implement demonstrable changes to recruitment strategy to address these issues. I don't expect to get it right every time, but perfection is the enemy of progress!
