A little about me: I'm an experienced Conversation designer, Creative and CX consultant. I've been working with brands from all industries for quite a while now, focusing on digital transformation and digital CX engagement. Which means building chatbots, automation, live chat and social media. I'm adept at prompt engineering and utilising AI to enhance my skills. I love writing too and I'm great at matching my writing style to whichever brand I'm working with, project management, creative consultancy, customer experience, and video and audio scripting, all while sticking to budget and client targets. I'm passionate about the customer experience, about creating the very best journey that not only enhances and delights customers, but builds a companies profile and reputation. I've got a Bachelor's degree focused in English Literature and creative writing, and I'm a qualified CDI Conversation Designer.
