Beginning his career 28 years ago as a RMBS modeler, he learned the value of understanding every aspect of a securitization transaction. This holistic approach enabled him to become PwC’s expert on Regulation AB. Tom has led PwC’s development and dissemination of ideas around the implementation of Regulation AB through his authorship of articles, his speaking engagements and his participation in industry working groups. Tom has a knack for communicating complex securitization issues in simple, easy to understand terms. As a leader of Financial Market’s expansion in the West Region, Tom finds fulfilment in bringing people together to solve problems and accomplish great things. Tom is responsible for providing financial advisory, risk management, and systems solutions to issuers, servicers, trustees, and investors for all securitized asset types.
