About Tom Krapu

With an inexhaustible curiosity, I can be counted on for a highly collaborative, reliable, but flexible use of evidence based facilitation and coaching methods. I help clients create impact across their organizations that lead to lasting and meaningful results through executive coaching and 360 feedback and am Arbinger trained. Whether it is developing leadership or creating a powerful culture in their organization, my optimistic, but real facilitation expertise and leadership coaching increases the effectiveness and sustainability of the organizations where i work. I have worked with individuals in their development for over 30 years and have specialized as a coach, trainer, and facilitator since 2001. I have facilitated a wide array of organizations and have coached thousands of hours with dozens of leadership coaching clients. Tom has obtained the PCC professional coaching certification in 2008 from the International Coach Federation My work has had an international focus including coaching engagements in Malaysia, Korea, and Japan; as well as across Europe and the United States. My executive coaching experience includes working internationally with executives in diverse sectors of the economy from health care, finance, publishing, government, and higher education. I also have international experience in training internal coaches in a Fortune 100 company. I was a contributor to the book Anatomy of Peace: Resolving the Heart of Conflict (Arbinger). And I have been a t'ai chi practitioner since 1986 and a meditator since 1972.
