As a business and personal coach, I profoundly care about the holistic success of early-stage and academic start-up founders. I’ve helped start multiple companies and coached hundreds of faculty at Washington University as Assistant Director of the LEAP Gap Fund and as a consultant for BioGenerator. I now run the Bio Track at the SQ1 Bootcamp and a full-time coaching business. My practice focuses not only on developing business concepts, but teaching my clients how to find the right leverage points to move any idea forward whether it’s in the lab, at home, or in a start-up.
