My current title is Customer Experience Manager, but my job description is far beyond the role of one. My critical thinking skills allows me to identify problems, take on every new challenges, adopt to every environment and over come any difficulties. Respecting colleagues and staff is my way of managing. I excel at an operation level as well as administrative level. I am far more proficient in tech-related work, numbers and formulas. Software I’m confident in using are-MS office (outlook, word, excel, and power point)-Google Doc -Squirrel -Caterease -Jonas -Auphan -Optimum Control -Adobe InDesign -7Shifts -Lightspeed I focus primary on-building systems for restaurant department -building systems for the kitchen department -support role for the GM and AGM -responsible for maintaining the online ordering platform, xDine -analyze the establishment as a whole on a daily basis and note ways of increasing efficiency-create par and order all FOH items -create par and order all kitchen chemicals -create par and order all laundry chemicals -primary contact for handling gift card/homeowner card transactions -primary contact for troubleshooting related to Squirrel, Eigen, or Coca Cola -respond to complaints re: online feedbacks Other responsibilities include-Oversee as well as run events in the Banquet department (gala, business meetings, weddings, Christmas parties, celebration of life.etc) at times -Oversee as well as manage Restaurant department at times -Create a yearly budget with our Event Sales Manager -Create par and purchasing liquor -Source and order smallware for restaurant -Completes liquor inventory each month -Reconcile cash and identify any variances Any other tasks or projects assigned by my GM or AGM
