With more than a decade of continuous succes in FMCG and B2B sales I have learned what moves people. This combined with the ability to think Win-Win, I now own and run a succesfull scale-up in renewable technologies. As a manager, I have an entrepeneurial mindset. I think in variables that are important for business performance without losing eye for the most important asset, people. I know how to hire, train and coach people such that the organization's strategic goals are reached. I distinguish myself by not solely focussing on financial metrics but to define my team's succes by adding values related to customer delight, the internal organisation and future readyness. With over 10 years of experience in Sales Management, Coaching and Unit Management, I am confident and able to take charge of any team or corporation.
