About Tom Lowe

I've formally studied politics for over three and a half years, although my interest in the subject goes far beyond that. At Barton Peveril Sixth Form I set up a Politics Society that met weekly to discuss/debate political developments, both contemporary and historical.I've also always had a passion for writing and have engaged with the student newspapers at the University of Warwick to write and publish articles on a variety of topics including politics, film, and sport. In terms of employment, I've worked for multiple companies within the hospitality industry for the past four years, including McDonald's, Domino's, and Warwick Student's Union and have honed skills in customer service and organisation as a result.I would love to take my skills I have developed over the years through a combination of both education and work with me into a career in journalism, where I feel I can make a difference and provide nuanced opinions on complex subjects and situations.
