About Tom Luczynski

Tom Luczynski, President, Orkin Global Development and International Franchising – was named an executive officer of Rollins, Inc in April 2010 serving as Corporate Secretary. Mr. Luczynski, joined parent Company Rollins Inc. in 1985 and was promoted to Vice President in 1995. Mr. Luczynski currently presides over Orkin Global Development and International Franchising and also serves as the assistant Corporate Secretary for Rollins, Inc. Mr. Luczynski has held several financial and operational positions at Orkin and Rollins, Inc, including Group Vice President, Vice President of Finance, Vice President Rollins Acceptance Company, Planning Manager, Controller and Assistant Division Vice President for the Southeast Division of Orkin. Mr. Luczynski, originally from Rome, NY, received his B.S. in Accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. Mr. Luczynski’s professional career began as an Internal Auditor at the Headquarters of Revere Copper and Brass, Inc. a metal fabricating company located in upstate New York. Tom held several financial positions with Revere. In addition, Mr. Luczynski was later employed as Manager of Accounting and then Controller at Keytek-Elco Corporation a Division of Paramount Communications in Atlanta, which manufactured computer keyboards. Tom is active in his profession and has served on the Board of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and the Georgia Pest Control Association. In addition, Mr. Luczynski has served as President of Financial Executives International (FEI) in Atlanta and as President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Tom enjoys boating, fishing, both water and snow skiing and golf, golf. Tom lives in Duluth, Georgia with his wife Brenda and they enjoy traveling and they most enjoy time with their children and grand children.
