About Tom MacAuley

Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, I relocated with my family to Los Angeles at a young age to work as a missionary at the late Andrae Crouch's church in Pacoima, California. My early years in California, were marked by resilience-building experiences and community building. When I graduated High School I moved to Kelowna, British Columbia, to study at UBC Okanagan. Today, Kelowna is now home, shared with my wife, Hannah, and our two sons, Jack and Oliver. Over the past decade, I have cultivated a professional portfolio, marked by experience in business development, growth strategies, management, data analysis, and communications. These diverse experiences have shaped my values and approach to work, defined by hard work, kindness, generosity, decisiveness, authenticity, and a knack for finding potential in unlikely places. I'm constantly applying these principles in the services I offer, aiming to uncover and amplify the unique narratives of each business. Today, as the owner and principal consultant at Gain Street Strategy, I offer tailored business solutions in branding, marketing, and membership development. As a sole proprietor, I take pride in offering personal, hands-on assistance to my clients, guiding them in shaping their narratives, and leveraging insights to construct a vibrant, bold future.
