Implementation projects can be the first opportunity for a customer to evaluate an organization. I bring proven experience in delivering a project’s requirements, and at the same time representing the business as a whole -product functionality, strategy, support and retention. I’ve worked on a wide-range of customer projects from program-based delivery, where volume and speed were key metrics, to large scale enterprise-wide engagements where delivery and project design were customized for each client. Recent work has allowed me to hone my skills in application development projects (Proof of Concept) where the final product design was not known, but was created during the process, requiring a flexible project approach. What all this says is that I work well in a variety of project or client situations. My approach is to work closely with subject matter experts understanding their methods and removing any obstacles to help them exceed expectations.
