I’m a Business Development Manager at Heineken Star Pubs, working with pub operators to grow great businesses across Worcestershire & Gloucestershire. My role is all about spotting potential—whether it’s in a new site, a refurbishment / Capex opportunity, or helping a great operator take their business to the next level. I work closely with our partners to bring plans to life, offering support across everything from investment and business planning to navigating the challenges of running a successful pub. No two days are the same, and that’s what I love about it—every conversation, pub, and opportunity is different. With a mix of commercial know-how, local insight, and a real passion for the pub and hospitality industry, I’m focused on building strong, lasting partnerships that work for both the publican and the brand.
